The Gynway Hotel, run by Linda and Petra, is a LGBT friendly hotel, and the home of the Renaissance Support Group. Based in the North Shore area of Blackpool, The Gynway is a homely place with 8 rooms and offers a warm and friendly stay. Licensed Egyptian bar with adjacent pool room. Enjoy a Full English breakfast or choose from the menu. Local on street parking. The Gynway is within 15 minutes walk to the town center and the railway station.

This is just the best hotel to stay in if you are going to the village in Manchest. Its a couple of minutes walk from the village, but on Wednesday and Saturday night is tranny night so you won't be on your own. The hotel is run by a gorgeous guy (i have to say that, cos he said he fancied me, but only as a guy - damn) and is just the nicest place to stay. I can't comment on the food, as I've never got up early enough for breakfast. But if you want a comfortable room in a friendly hotel this is the place for you.

I love staying in big hotels - it's just great fun. Anyway this is just a few minutes walk from Hurst Street and right outside China Town - ideal for a quick bite to eat and a bottle of wine before you paint the town red (to match your finger nails).

Reform School for naughty adult boys, girls, special girls (TVs). Day schools (usually) 1st Wed., 3rd Sat. A busy gay pub and hotel in the heart of Manchester's gay village - literally step out of the door onto Canal Street - great for a first time out (or any other for that matter). They have rooms above the bar and an more just up a little further up Canal Street. Rooms are clean and the service is friendly.

TBirds is a club and hotel for Tgirls and admirers based in Stanley, County Durham It is a private members club, with membership costing £10 per year. Aimed at the more adventurous of us, it is open from 1pm till 9pm every 2nd Thursday of the month (and soon twice monthly)
The venue is spread over 4 floors and comprises,
Ground floor - entrance area and seating lounge, café, bar and dance area, plush leather sofas, sauna and steam room, hot tub, male toilets, changing area and locker rooms (lockers are free), day lounge and smoking patio area
First floor - powder room and make up area, play rooms and orgy suites, female(tgirl) toilets

The Atrium provides self-contained apartments, – they are just like home-from-home but you can stay in them just for one night. They have everything you need – kitchen area, separate bedroom(s), lounge area.

But the really great news is they are about 50 meters from the end of Canal Street – its literally just across the road to the New Union, the first pub on Canal Steet.

The cost is more than a hotel, but you do get more space for your money and location is fantastic.
